HEADLINES a cut above

I got a hair cut in Dallas just before taking a flight and it turned out to be bad. So I went to Headlines when I landed in SFO. They were ablut to close. But Rosemary was great to deal with and she fixed the problem quickly. She didn't charge me saying it was such a minor thing to fix. Appreciate the friendly attitude and great customer service from her.

Irina is bad stylist. But I'm terribly upset about my hair after her job and I was crying about the condition of my hair afterwards My hair broke off, the bleach was overexposed, I had been previously with 2 other stylists, so I have something to compare with (the technique and etc) After the previous coloring, hair was breaking only a month after bleaching, after this time - the same day! My hair is burned now! very dry!!! super thin and in very bad condition!!!! The stylist put olaplex only for 2 minutes, instead of 10! that is why it didn't work !!! my hair is usually very soft and easy to brush after olaplex , but not this time. I am very very upset. The color is gross - not blonde but orange , there are no stripes on the front as I asked, the color is gray, dirty, I do not like it

Emily Wyant is a rockstar! I love my hair! She is great with cuts, color and extensions. I recommend her to everyone and the salon is a comfortable place, classy and fun!

My friend went to color up her hair and do some cuts the cuts was good but the color was horrible she asked for a color and the Lady just did it all black the Lady charge her 150 just for that and she said have about 30 years of experience my friend and I we're really disapoint of this place!! Don't go there!!

Great haircut. Great people. I've been going there every two weeks since 2012. I highly recommend Headlines!!
