I've been a patient of Deidre, coming up on three years (I should have posted a long time ago!) and she is the most absolute best, she takes her time (even if it makes her run late), truly cares about your health and as a person. Carolyn who runs the show, is the most pleasant and friendly person you'd ever want to deal with in a doctor's office and is also genuinely concerned about you too. Every once in a while, I'll just stop by if in the area to say hello, and I'm always greeted with open arms and sometimes a hug. The most happiest I've ever been with a primary care provider! 💯🔥❤️

Deidre is great. Normally doctors not only act like they know more than you but treat you like you don't know your own body etc. I feel comfortable in her care especially at this point in my life where a lot of things are happening. Anyways, tell your friends and family!

I've lived in Bethesda all my life and I've never experienced such a rude, disorganized, uncaring, unprofessional practice in this area, ever. You walk in and the front desk person can't be bothered to greet you or even acknowledge your presence. If you call, you'll get a person once every five attempts. They don't follow through, they don't care about your health. I got diagnosed with a malignant lesion from an MRI they ordered and they never even bothered to follow up with the results or say a word to me. The woman who works the front desk had the gall to chastise me about how she is just one person running the whole front office and she can't be bothered with every request. That the practice is understaffed and she refuses to try to take care of every need, medically necessary or not. S
