AMAZING!! Wendy did such an amazing job! Unknotted knots I didn’t even know I had. Everyone here is very friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Will definitely be coming back!
I used to come here frequently. It was a great relaxing experience at a good price. I didn't mind the shared space as everyone was respectful and quiet. That's until today.. Came with my daughter and husband. Hoping to get a relaxing massage as I've had a stressful couple months with ongoing health issues. I called to make an appointment, we were set at 4. 30ins later, I was asked to come at 430 but I said that's too late. She agreed to 415. We arrived at 410, only to wait 10 mins as there were no available masseuse. Sat for another 10 mins in the shared room and our massages started at 445. My masseuse had great strength, no complaints there. The other 2 working on my husband and daughter just couldn't stop talking. I find that rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I'm paying cash for
I went in with great hopes of a relaxing massage but the lady massages your bones!! I told her to do it softer but she kept at it. She kept grinding on my back bones and it's hurting me so much after. The customer service is not the best either.
Let me start by saying I don’t typically leave reviews of businesses unless something stands out. With that said here’s my review… I’ve given this massage business 3 “chances”; here’s how it has gone… 1st visit: I opted for the 60min foot/body combo (clothed); what I experienced was the massage therapist going missing for approximately half the massage time “exchanging water and towels” then “kinda” putting lotion on my feet and then I was charged full price when I attempted to explain that half the time he was “gone and missing”. 2nd visit: full body massage with oils… I must’ve ask 10 times if the oil has lavender (I’m allergic) and if I could have non scented (the woman who booked my appt repeatedly assured me they have a scentless option) oil due to my allergy… needless to say as soon
Not true reflexology. The lady wasted time in between warming up water and going to the reception to answer calls. She effectively wasted 15 minutes of a 30 minute massage. This place is a joke.
