Sierra is absolutely amazing! She took a picture I had and wanted done and made it happen. I won’t go anywhere else! She did a fantastic job helping me out with doing extensions for the first time as well!

I had a great experience here with Sierra. She did both mine and my son’s hair and it turned out amazing. She was so sweet, and I only have good things to say about her. I was so happy that I decided to schedule my husband a haircut here instead of our usual salon, but unfortunately he did not have the same experience. I booked him an appointment with the first available stylist about two weeks out for a Saturday at noon, but the salon rescheduled it twice, ending up at Monday at 4:00. We understood that things happen and were fine adjusting our plans to make the new time work. He left work early to make it, checked in 10 minutes early, and was told it would be about 10 minutes. He sat waiting the entire time without anyone saying a word to him, and by 4:30, which was 30 minutes past his

Got my hair done and was left with horrible banding, multiple different shades of blonde, and nothing close to what I asked for. When I stated why I was upset and what was wrong, I was met with a rude response about how hot roots, banding, uneven tone, etc, was normal and I could not have it fixed nor could I have a partial refund. I was told my only option was to go back darker. Owner is rude and extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help rectify the matter. Save yourself the tears, time, and money.

This is our second time here and second time with sierra. She is great and patient with my teen that has autism. My teen has textured curly hair. She constantly checks if what she’s doing is ok, which we really appreciate. We will continue to see sierra when we get haircuts.

She really listens and understands what I’m trying to achieve, even when I struggle to explain it in “hair terms.” This time, we did a perm to help my hair hold curl, especially for my son’s senior year photos and upcoming events.
