Always a great time drinking Aveda tea, having my hair washed, cut and getting a hand and arm massage all with great Aveda products. Amazing!

Melanie is by far the best hairstylist ever! As a new client, I didn't know what to expect since this was my first time getting a perm. She walked me through the process and took the time to get to know my hair and asked lots of detailed questions. Typically I don't chit chat alot with new people, but we talked alot and she even made my boyfriend feel welcome as well. I never had someone really take the time to explain the the after care of my hair really well like she did. I was comfortable enough to mention that I have Autism and other health conditions. Melanie gave me some samples of different hair products so I can find what works best with my sensory issues. I can't wait to go back!

This is the first time at this salon and I had Alexa as my stylist. I asked for 1/2 to 1 inch max to be cut off my lenght. She cut at least 1.5 to 2 inches off. It's all one lenght which is not the best cut for natural curl. Very disappointed and it's going to be quite some time before it grows out to the lenght I prefer.

I’ve been going to Head Quarters for years now and love it. I followed Alexa there from her previous salon because she is FANTASTIC, and the best colorist I’ve ever found. I get compliments on my red hair all the time, and it’s because of Alexa! I was happy with her right off the bat— she’s super friendly and professional, has a great sense of humor, and makes you feel comfortable right away. I always leave her chair feeling great. I’ve had very positive experiences with the front desk staff too, and it’s a clean, organized salon. Go to Head Quarters and go see ALEXA!!

Yesterday I went to Head Quarters at Crocker Park for a cut and blow dry. It was my first time meeting Melanie and I could not have had a better experience. I felt Melanie was honest in her opinions of what I was looking for and took her time educating me on the best way to style and take care of my hair. I will definitely be a permanent client of Melanies' from now on as the time spent with her was worth every penny. Thank you again for a fun day!!! P.S. I took your recommendation for a self tanner and the smoothie from Aladdin's was delicious! See you soon.
