I went to Headquarters for my last haircut and had a hectic experience! Caroline did a great job with a nice hair wash and cut and then when she was drying my hair I fainted. It was very unusual for me but she and her team were so good about helping me and they had water and things ready for me when I came to. I am so so grateful for them in this experience not to mention the haircut was also awesome! I have gone to her before and she does well dealing with my very long hair and I always leave satisfied. So grateful for you guys!

Would've given five stars for the haircut alone and normally I have no issues here I love coming here for haircuts except this time my neck was all cut up, it feels like I was being scratched by the clippers and later that night my wife pointed out my neck looked like it was bleeding and had lines going down the back. First time this ever happened and now that I know it was the clippers I'm going to speak up in the moment next time. Great haircut and salon overall just a single bad one-off experience.

I am not happy with their service. If I could, I’d give zero stars. I had my hair done for the first time here with Aaliyah three months ago and recently went back again to her. I forgot about the results from the first time and I’m now reminded again. I’m so mad at myself. My grays were never fully colored and I even went with a dark brown color. I could’ve chosen black and I bet my grays would still show. She used a semi-permanent color on wet hair. Ugh! And these pictures were taken when I got home the same day. Horrible! I am never coming back to this place. I’m mad I even tipped her! Don’t get your hair dyed here unless you want to pay for an overpriced service and hair dye residue around your hairline! 🤦‍♀️ Sad to see another lady in the salon with hair dye all over her hairline as

My daughter, son, and myself have had our hair done there over the past few years with multiple stylists and have never been disappointed. We've had haircuts, highlights, color, and perms! The stylists are always friendly, are so talented, and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong going here, they are great!
