First off its pretty ridiculous to have a sign that advertises discounted walk in cuts, and then charge someone $30... what's the discount? You normally charge $50 cuts? I will admit fault that I didn't ask prior to the cut, had I known I would not have waited 30 mins while the "walk-in barber" was on break, for my 45 minute fade. There was two other barbers there who both had 0 customers for over 30 minutes, apparently they are appt only. Secondly, that discounted $30 cut is provided by a rookie only a year into his career. Nicest kid I've met in a long while, and because of that reason I really despise writing the following. My fade was not clean, and nowhere near the $30 price point. I arrived at this location around 10 am on a Friday morning. I was not prepared to be subjected to Red Hot Chili Peppers so loud that you had to yell to be heard. There are no signs about costs and it seems that the fee charged changes from person to person. The guy in front of me was charged $25 and I was charged $30. Without signage, how is a person to know what to expect. The staff was very friendly and joked around but not enough to detract from their skill. All were very skilled, more like artisans. This was probably the best haircut that I have ever had, which explains why it took 45 minutes to get a crew cut. Overall I was there about 2 hours with only two people before me, one in the chair and one waiting. If you are looking for a traditional barber shop this is not your place. If

I came in to the shop initially because it was so close to my home, I keep returning for the welcoming atmosphere, good company with other hard working individuals and of course the stellar haircuts. Chris and Sway are by far the best barbers I’ve encountered since I moved to Parma from the east side of Cleveland. Up until the point I started coming here I was convinced I’d be doomed to a life of bad haircuts from chain barbershops, but thankfully I stopped in and they changed that for me. I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’m here every week for either a beard trim or a full on haircut. Very professional good music playing in background.makes sure you leave with what kind of cut you want not feeling rushed..great personalities.. been getting my haircut and beard done by sway for many years as well as him cutting my kids hair always a good experience glad he’s got his own shop and close to home. If your looking for one of the best haircuts you ever had this barbershop is definitely the spot.
