Head Inn Beauty Salon

I found my new salon in Chelsea! I live on Admirals Hill, so I was surprised to find a salon within walking distance of my home. It's in a great spot in some old naval hospital buildings right across from the pool. I only saw a couple of reviews on here and other review sites, so I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but this salon surpassed my expectations. They even gave me some complimentary hot chocolate. :-) There were two hairdressers working when I came on a Saturday afternoon, plus three other clients. It's a relatively small salon, but it's comfortable and has a very friendly atmosphere. Debbie cut my hair and did a great job. She did exactly what I asked for and took her time styling my hair and made sure I liked every step of the way. It was $40 for a wash, cut, and blow out.

I've been going to Head Inn for almost a year now and couldn't be happier - the service is excellent, the price is very reasonable, and the haircuts are the best I've had - and I've spent a LOT of money at pricey Newbury Street salons.
