New client appointment with Stephanie. Wonderful experience! We discussed my haircut anxiety, my natural waves, my hair styling routine(non-existent)😝We then came up with a plan based on my hair preference. She took pics then checked in with me along the way for feedback! I loved that she focused on my cut & not idle chit chat. Really outstanding experience! I have already sent her info to a friend and booked my next cut.

I absolutely love my haircut and style! It’s so hard to find someone who truly knows how to work with curly hair, and Stephanie nailed it. It had been a while since my last cut, so my curls were weighed down and flat, but she never made me feel uncomfortable about that at all. She was so sweet, friendly, and easy to talk to, and really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. The salon itself is very clean, well maintained, and everyone I interacted with was welcoming and kind. My curls look refreshed, defined, and full of life again. I’m already looking at getting color later in the year, and I will definitely be coming back here for it!

While the staff was friendly, the overall experience fell well below professional expectations. I booked an all-over color based on the stylist’s listed availability. Once I arrived, I was told she did not have time to perform the service I booked. That should have been addressed before the appointment, not after I was already there. Instead, the service was changed to a partial “peekaboo” color, which was not what I scheduled or expected. The color result was also incorrect. I requested a brown or auburn tone, but my hair turned out pink. I contacted the stylist within 24 hours after my hair dried to express my concerns. Due to the delay in response, the only option later offered was toning, which was not an acceptable solution. I was not willing to walk around with pink hair while wait

I had a great experience with Heather at Head Case Hair Studio. She was friendly, professional and listened carefully to what I wanted. She did an excellent job cutting my hair, and she gave me tips on how to style it at home. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. I am new in town and looking for a hair stylist. Currently, I have a pixie cut.

We had the salon do the hair and make-up for our wedding for myself, my bridesmaids, and some others. From the very get go the customer service was top notch. We had 2 stylists travel to our venue. Both were on time and prompt and ready to go. They ensured we stayed on schedule and were all ready to go when needed. Both were flexible and listened to what each person wanted and was able to adjust as needed. Heather went above and beyond though! If you can select her to do your hair, 10/10 recommend. Everyone LOVED her and so many compliments all around. I felt in such great hands from the moment I booked with them.
