Recovering from a head injury, my hair had grown quite long and I was worried about someone from InexpensiveChainCuts doing a the typical razor buzz cut across my scalp. I decided treat myself and booked the full package with "next available" who turned out to be Albert. I told him "barber's choice" - my hair was long, I had a bit of lazy beard going on and he cleaned me up really nicely. This was a very different experience from DecentCuts and I am a convert. It was relaxed, unrushed, the vibe of the shop is very chill and I'm really happy with the cut. I feel like I look more like a grownup and not just the lazy slob trying to pretend I'm 30 years younger which is probably how I looked before. Albert Garcia at HC Shave House is an excellent barber. He gave me a clean, sharp fade that blended perfectly and shaped my beard with precision so it framed my face just right. He paid close attention to the details—tapering the neckline smoothly, keeping the edges crisp, and making sure the beard lined up evenly. On top of his skill, Albert is easygoing and great to talk to, which makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Been coming to her for close to 2 years now and before that I was searching and searching (and I've been to all of them in Burbank) for the perfect fit/vibe in the area and she checks all the marks!! AND her pricing can't be beat!! Overall the shop is nice, clean and good vibes from everyone the moment you step in!! Also Easy to make an appointment on the site!!

I was lookin for a new barber, and I just had my first haircut at HC by Albert, and I couldn't be happier. My hair is tricky to cut because it's curly, wavy, straight, thinner on one side, back cowlick, and it's hard to make it look like one cohesive haircut. Albert took his time, asked me questions, and did me right! I left looking great!!! I'll definitely be back.
