The salon is very professional and welcoming, and my stylist was sweet and did a great job on my style. It came out how I wanted. The downside was that my appointment took 4 hours. I don’t get styled often, so maybe my expectations of time were different. Also, I noticed some flaking pinkish- white residue from the edge control afterward and wasn’t pleased about that. Overall, great atmosphere and service, I’d still recommend them.

The salon is gorgeous with beautiful lighting and exposed brick. The salon vibe is great! Consistent, friendly customer service from the start of your visit to leaving. I can say more!! Very satisfied with the service and of course MY HAIR!!

I'm only giving two stars since I do love the way that my hair looks but the rest of the quality it lacking. Especially with how these professionals talk about other people and the nature of getting older. I went on 12/20/25, everything was going great until I was in the styling chair. My stylist, his neighbor stylist, and a fellow customer started out talking about normal things like areas that they've lived in and exercising. During the talk of exercising then they started talking about gyms and why they don't do certain activities or refuse to participate in them again. They began complaining about the slow speed for the older community, how they look and how "disgusting" it is to see their bodies move sometimes, and how "nasty" they are for having moments of incontinence. I love love love my styling sessions with Darrius! He helped me get over my fear and hesitation about taking the leap with my Sista Loc journey and I’ve never looked back.
