Had an amazing experience of energy work with Jay! High level of professionalism and passion from first till last minute of experience, pure trust to the process, unique healing space with respect to the traditions and elements which touched my heart! And also unlimited possibilities which Jay able to open and do during the session - it’s not only energy work, it’s bodywork and thousands of other methods and techniques which he learned once and now can use and mix together and provide healing experience in so many ways and teach and educate as well while he’s working to give some different vision and understanding about body / energy .. forever grateful 🙏🏻❤️

Jay is the best CMT I've ever had. He is very professional, knowledgeable and customizes every session to what my body needs that day. He is very good at figuring out why I'm experiencing pain and tension in different areas of my body and how to correct it. He's also mindful of my past injuries and my skin sensitivity as well. That is a huge thing for me because other CMTs have hurt me or have been inpatient with my body in the past. I always feel safe and comfortable with Jay! The sound therapy he has incorporated into our sessions has also been very enjoyable. As a person, Jay is very thoughtful, easy to talk to and a kind soul. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs body work done. You won't regret it!

Jay’s bodywork session was truly a game changer - not only for my body but my mind as well! His approach to holistic massage therapy mixed with his martial arts knowledge really sets him apart from other people! He’s really educational and helped me understand my own body mechanics so I can sustain long term healing for myself. I got a lot of value out of our session. I feel like a new person. Jay is an incredibly intuitive, talented therapist and healer. I have spent a lot of time over the years seeing different therapists and I believe that you really get the full package when you go see him; from the preparation of the work, to the work and workspace itself. This is one of those reviews I selfishly don’t want to leave because I want to keep Jay all to myself 🤣😭 But I won’t be that selfish: Jay has given me HANDS DOWN the best massage/bodywork I’ve ever had in my life. I sort of gave up hope that a massage therapist could actually get in there and figure out what’s going on with my body. But Jay is the magic I’ve been waiting for. I only told him a bit about my “ailments” (cervical spine issues from a car accident this year, mid back pain from I think poor posture and yoga) but while working on me he discovered deeper rooted issues that I didn’t even want to bring up bc of years of getting my hopes up that anyone could help.
