Hawa's African Hair Braiding

Grace is amazing and fast , my braids came out great ashell , had them in for 3 weeks still looking fresh, i aint going no where else from then on... i was surprised because she didnt even put rubber bands at the ends and my braids stood in place...

The owner did my sew in about a month ago. She did a really awesome job, couldn’t find anyone to do my hair around my schedule so I drove an hour & a half for these services. Absolutely glad I did!!! Best quality in african hair braiding, my hair is still tight & looks like it did when I 1st got it done. She was professional & didn’t take long either. Thanks a bunch

Disrespectful and rude. Shop is dingy looking but that’s expected out of a lot of these African salons. First experience and treated like I was 5 when trying to privately negotiate pricing, and it was made a public issue by the owner in front of everyone. Very unprofessional and nasty, not worth the hair to be disrespected at all. Brother got starter locs and they are already flaking. The curls in my braids aren’t even together and look horrendous, several of my braids are weirdly bent, AND tried to overcharge on top of that, very funny. She hovered over me and snatched the money from my hand as if I was gonna run out. I am a college student and I bet if my mother was there it would’ve been a different story. This place is so unprofessional they told me to come in at 3:30 and now they have nobody to my hair talking about. I’m the only person who’s here. Poor communication, poor customer service. I would absolutely not recommend. And don’t believe the hype that my hair was too short because they braided it multiple other times they just didn’t have enough people extremely unprofessional zero out of 10 I wouldn’t recommend
