Hawaiian Nails

If I could rate this place with “0” stars, I would. I went on February 13th to Hawaiian Nails on Coliseum Blvd in Alexandria,LA to get a full set of Acrylic Nails and a Pedicure along with my brother & granddaughter while in town visiting. HORRIBLE MISTAKE!! We got there around 6:45. To make a long story short, they did a HORRIBLE job. Davey was the one that did my pedicure. I requested overlay on both of my big toes & squared shape. Well, one of my big toes can out crooked and just a horrible job on the polish & clean up. He didn’t put any lotion or oil on my toes either once he was finished. Now they didn’t really want to do my nails after being in there for almost 2 hours but finally did them. I’m not sure what the lady’s name that did my nails but she also did a HORRIBLE job. I’ve been coming to this nail shop for months and I’m extremely happy. They care about their customers and the health of their nails. I was a regular getting acrylic fills and they told me when to get a soak off. I have the dip and it’s more natural and healthier for my nails. They know my usual color and keep a clean area.

The price chart clearly lists the service costs, yet I’m consistently charged an extra $5 each visit with no valid explanation. When I questioned it, the lady with the big thick veneer teeth and mustache insisted my nails were “two colors,” even though they were ombré. I addressed this directly while in the salon, so there’s no need for a polite follow-up message. The way this situation was handled reflects extremely poor customer service. Frankly, the one star is generous. Save the response because the issue was not addressed when I was in the "business".

Love them !!!🥰 READ BELOW⬇️ 2025 now , I moved 5 hours away and will drive occasionally there to get my nails done because Ill go anywhere else the workers can’t do them how I like them. I have been going since late 2022. Love the place MOST GO!!!

I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen and was greeted right when I walked in! They helped me find exactly what I wanted and worked so quickly! He did such an amazing job with my nails and was very nice and efficient. I highly recommended and this will be my new nail place!
