Hawa Professional African Hair Braiding

Today I went there to get a twist with my natural hair, and they said my hair was too thin so they added hair to my hair. Which wasn't the problem, it was the outcome of it. The twist were stiff and sticking up, they also tied the end so it wouldn't "come out". They talk about people in their language. Poorly job down and I told them about it and they said "it looks nice." TERRIBLE JOB, Do not go here.

I was disappointed in the fact that the daughter kept going from head to head without washing her hands. I showed her the picture I wanted she barley looked at it and did it the way she wanted it done. The fact that she did that I will never go back. Took a lot of breaks. The Mom will mess your hair up trying to help out. The place looks like a dump not clean or organized. Be prepared to be laughed at and talked about in their own language. Not professional quality hair braiding at all.

Please don't visit this hair braiding shop. It's run by very nice people but there braiding skills are not effective. My hair looked like my 10 year old daughter braiding my hair. The braids were loose and fussy. The owner said to return so I could get it done over but I worked during the week and they were busy doing the weekend. I had taken a day off to do my hair. I would have to take another day to get it redone. Ridiculous.

Went in for a weave - it took 2.5 hours just to do the braids underneath and when i asked how long the weave (Weave being just bangs, all sewn in no leave out) would take i was told another 2-3 hours. The braids underneath were done so tight that my scalp is throbbing red, so I just paid for the braids and left. Definitely not good choice, there were lots of flies in the place and no soap or TP in the bathroom. *shrugs* I wont be returning.

My braider Was an African tall young lady who assured me that the AC made her cough & sneeze! I believed her cause when they turned it off she stopped! 3 days later i had Covid lying piece of ish!!!!! Beware of them working sick over your head !!
