Hawa Hair Braiding Salon

I made appointment for my daughter who is 10 years old. Showed her the picture I wanted she stated she could do it and it would take two hours. It took them 5 & the hairstyle was wrong. Her hair was cut. I was told to come back next day they would fix it. I had went back several times for them to fix it & hairdresser has went MIA. This is the worlds worst hair braiding I have ever experienced. And she was paid. The last photo is what the hairstyle was supposed to look like. Her hair in these photos is only 2 days old.

Got my daughter hair done 3 days ago, the braids was never braided all the way down so now they half way unbraided. I never asked for box braids they still wen an did what they wanted when she ask for knotless!

I wanted Island twist medium, and she ended up giving me micro twist, but she called them island twist and they were extra small. The braids were tight and I went to the bathroom to look at them and I asked her is she gonna fix them up she told me no, and I was too shy to say anything else so I started texting my mom and took it out the same day before the first day of school. Waste of money🤦🏽‍♀️

WORST WORST WORST!!!! Experience I’ve ever had, she attends to people based on race. Very expensive yet minimize how much you’re paying and don’t do what you want. Her mom does a good job however she tells her what to do, very long waiting time. I’ve been doing my hair there for almost a year now and every time I expect it will get better but it gets worse. I gave her a picture of what I wanted and told her my length, she charged me $230. When I got there she refused they’re not doing the length I requested and insisted her mom does it the way she says. I told her she knows I always like my hair long but she was very rude and told me I always have issues with price which she knows that’s a lie cus if I did I won’t be there based on her prices. Her mom went ahead and did what she asked and

It was terrible talk to her over the phone not one time did she mention that I had to pay to book my appointment then when I text her said I see her Thursday she text me not call me and say I forgot to tell you that you have to pay 22 to book appointment she put like when I said see you Thursday thus was my first time using her and time I go get braids I never put deposit down wish she would have told me when I first spoke to her that would have been nice and professional for to let people know up front as soon as you speak to a person . I will never recommend her service because of that . 😒 I never been to a place that make u put a deposit down .so I was lost. Sad I took off for nothing and then she try to blame it on me .but when we spoke she should have said I'm sorry for the miscom
