I've been going to Janet for almost 10 years even after I moved to plymouth meeting. She is a wonderful shop owner and is excellent in her artful craft(s) from nails...manicure to acrylic to gels to the best pedicure ever and don't forget to get your eyebrows n lip waxed. Facials too...I just love the atmosphere of her shop she makes sure you don't feel rushed and walk ins can squeeze in or choose a time to come back like 30 min or an hour for nails but for waxing she will fit you in asap without neglecting her customer in her chair. She has a terrific attitude and beautiful family as well...

We are from out of town and was referred to Janet by a family member. We made an appointment and got in no problem. Janet is very nice and accommodating. Nails were perfectly done.

I gave my wife a $100 gift certificate to the Haverford Nail Salon for her birthday. She was looking forward to getting her nails done. Upon arrival, she was denied service. She offered to wait and was told that she would not be able to receive service for the entire day. I went back to the salon and got my money back for the gift certificate.

Customer service was BEYOND AMAZING. My nails were ok, she did tell me ahead of time that she could not really do what I wanted but she was so sweet and friendly, I took the chance anyway. I like them... but the tools were not properly sterilized and I got an infection on my toes. Around my nails were bright red a few days after. Maybe it was just an honest mistake, but Im not taking that chance.

I have been going here for almost 14 years. You do have to make an appointment but I suppose you could get lucky. It’s also cash only. However, for me cash and appointment is a hassle- BUT IT IS WORTH IT! I have been other nail places but I am always let down, nothing else compares to the quality.
