New to the area, in search of a new stylist, and wanted to come in for just a haircut before booking an appointment for my color. I called and the girl on the phone was super friendly and helpful, she booked me the same week which i was pleasantly surprised but i got in and the place was so cute! Its all decked out for Christmas and the girl at the front was super nice, offered me a glass of wine and all. My hair cut is great, she didnt take too much off, i just wanted a trim and some face framing layers, she really listened and helped me purchase some product up front for my previous damaged bleach job. Ive debated whether or not to write this review for a couple months because the work my stylist did was beautiful. There was a bit of miscommunication the first time and i was unhappy with the result and she fixed it at no charge for me. Her professionalism in her art of hair is 10/10. I showed up 30 minutes early to my appointment and she showed up 2 minutes late and honestly she wasnt very warm or welcoming as the women in the front desk. I think she may just be too comfortable working there bc who does that? She seemed like maybe she had a bad morning or something cause she was standoffish but very lighthearted with the nearby stylists. Im in need of a touch up with my hair but i wont be returning because it just doesnt seem like the place for me personally, i asked her questions about

10/10 experience, the front desk is so nice on the phone when i called in to book. I cant say enough lovely things about the entire experience. As soon as you walk in the door, the girls offer you something to drink, the atmosphere is so cute, everything's decorated so nicely. It was such a treat. I was just driving by and saw the salon, decided to call and i'm so glad. It was my first hair appointment since moving to the area and having my first baby. This appointment meant more to me than they could know. I'm so appreciative and will definitely be back. I love my hair so much, one of the first times i've gotten a hair cut and actually loved it (I wish i could remember my stylist's name!!!) I have tried to give this salon a chance numerous times. While the environment is nice, the hair stylists don’t seem to have any consideration for other people’s schedules. On three separate occasions, by three different stylists, I’ve had my appointment canceled and asked to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice. They need to understand that people have schedules as well and it is very poor service to do this to their customers. Is it fair to require their customers to give at least 3 days notice or face a cancellation fee, but don’t hold themselves accountable for their part as well? I will never go back here again. I know I’m not the only one they’ve done this to so beware before you book an appointment.

Really lovely space and aestheticians. My spouse said Michal gave me the "best haircut I've ever gotten," if that gives a sense for the quality. Thanks, Michal! Both her and the front desk were also very attentive in offering water, tea, coffee, or a cocktail. The interior is highly curated, with a lovely bohemian+vintage+modern look, with lots of plants, golden mirrors, terrazzo, brass, and a neutral+blush palette. I'll definitely be referring my family and friends!
