Haven on Mane

I booked a full set lash extension appointment 2 months in advance for my trip to Costa Rica. Haven on Mane/Alondra required a $30 non refundable deposit (if I canceled the appointment). I received a confirmation text a few days before the appointment which I confirmed. Just 90 minutes before my appointment, I received an automated cancellation message saying my appointment has been canceled without any explanation or my name. It began with “Hello (blank),” My flight leaves tomorrow morning and there’s no way I can make another appointment somewhere else on such short notice. If I could leave a negative star review I would because if I canceled the appointment in the same manner I would have been charged.

Alondra is super professional, she cut my hair and I love my look. I also took my daughter for a hair cut and highlights and they are beautiful. She has really good hand 1000 % recommend.

Alondra does amazing work with the best prices anywhere in town (and most of the surrounding towns). She does great barbering for men, and recommended a new cut that I get all the time now. We’ve also ordered hair care products through her. My wife’s shampoo and conditioner came in bigger bottles and STILL were cheaper than anyone else we’ve been to. Couldn’t recommend Haven on Mane enough!
