I booked an appointment for Feb 28th online about two weeks before the actual appointment. When I arrived for my 11 o'clock appointment on the 28th they told me the stylist I booked with wasn’t qualified to do hair and that someone should have called me about it. I was pretty upset since I planned my whole Saturday around this appointment but understood that sometimes things come up and accidents happen. She was extremely nice and offered to reschedule me for the following day. The next day I had woken up so excited and received an email saying my appointment had been canceled. Nobody reached out to me and tried to reschedule or apologize for being canceled on twice in a row. Just had my first appointment - I had a really wonderful experience. It was a haircut with Sophia. Per the website she's a junior stylist but she was all pro and made sure she completely understood what I wanted and I absolutely love it. We're talking about 4-5 inches cut off! The woman before me also walked out with a gorgeous head of hair. Sophie was a joy to talk with, and overall the vibe of the place was great. Busy and buzzing but very much positive energy. I'll go back!

Had a blowout with Sophia and it was absolutely fantastic. They are open late which is so convenient for us working women. She was so gentle with my extensions. So convenient to have a great blowout bar on Daniel Island. I love the online booking system too.

Lucas did an incredible job with my hair. I received a cut and full highlight and the best head massage ever! Thank you for accommodating me with such short notice. Brynn was an amazing hostess with the mostest and the salon is adorable!

Lucas is truly exceptional! He really listens to your issues and works to resolve them. You leave with hair you know you can maintain yourself. He is a color master and superb with his scissors. Bonus: He is super personable and fun!
