I've had my hair colored, cut & styled by many people over the years, even Hollywood types. This was my first time with Esmeralda and honestly it was a fabulous experience. My hair had grown out for 10 months and I hadn't applied color so she could see what the texture was like. Esmeralda spent the time to listen to my concerns, observe my hair and discuss options of what to do next. I liked her suggestions and she offered to do a color treatment. I wondered if she had time as she was already working with another client. She happily said of course! My appointment was at 10:15 a.m. and she had consulted with me, washed, applied color, cut, dry and styled my hair in an hour! I got my haircut here two days before Christmas with Iva and it was such a great experience! She did a great job with my long layers and was super efficient. I felt absolutely beautiful when I left. Iva and the whole staff were great to talk to and the whole atmosphere was a delight. At one point a person stopped in to say hi with their dog and that really was the cherry on top of a great appointment.

Iva cuts and styles my hair exactly how I’ve asked for every time, but then uses my hair’s natural wave pattern to elevate the cut. For my last appointment, we dyed my hair a natural red color and added a few highlights here and there. I wanted to avoid using too much bleach while still getting a vivid color result with minimal bleaching, and Iva did exactly that. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my hair and I get so many compliments on both the color and the style. Choose Haven & Hair!!!

I had my hair done by Esmeralda, and I absolutely loved it! She is an excellent professional stylist—so kind, attentive, and talented. The salon itself is beautiful, and the plants create such a relaxing atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back soon! :)))

I highly recommend Esmeralda. She is a skilled stylist and my haircut was perfect. I also really appreciated that she was warm, kind and didn’t try to convince me to cover my gray. She even said it was beautiful. I have been to other stylists in the past who made me feel worse about myself coming into the salon so this was refreshing. Esmeralda made me feel comfortable as I am! It was a lovely refresh!
