I’ve had an amazing experience! I’ve been getting my locs done by Jahlee for over 2 years, and she is always professional, knowledgeable, and gentle. She truly caters to my scalp sensitivity and makes sure I’m always comfortable. Anytime a style has felt a little too tight, she never lets me leave without making sure the pressure is perfect. She even allowed me to come back to the shop one day just to loosen my style, which really shows how much she cares about her clients. My locs always come out clean, neat, and perfectly styled. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable, and everything is done with care and attention to detail. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality loc care and consistency. I will definitely continue coming back!

She educated me on the health of my locs and recommended a healthy regimen tailored specifically to my hair needs, which I really appreciated. During my service, she used her handmade rosemary and mint oil infused with herbs — it smelled incredible and you could immediately tell it was high quality. The environment was clean, calm, and welcoming, with great music and an overall good vibe that made me feel comfortable and safe the entire time. I left feeling taken care of and informed.
