I absolutely loved my visit! Gerardo did an amazing job with my shampoo and ends trim. The whole experience was so relaxing and the results were exactly what I hoped for. Gerardo's skills made me feel both comfortable and confident. I'll definitely be back for my hair color. I highly recommend him!

Havana salon is the CUTEST salon in Salem and very welcoming.. you can tell the stylists care about their clients and are very knowledgeable! Hannah is very down to earth and easy to communicate with about your hair history. I went in with long dry damaged hair and Hannah guided me through my options while also being honest about what she thinks would be best for long term hair health. I definitely recommend not only the salon but Hannah as a stylist!! 10/10 experience

I got my hair cut and colored by Laurie. The new salon is absolutely beautiful and Laurie is great! It's my favorite salon I've been to in years.

Havana Salon in Salem is absolutely amazing! I’ve been going here for a while now and I can’t say enough good things—especially about Elisha and Gerardo! Elisha is a true professional. With over 16 years of experience and as a Paul Mitchell trainer, her expertise shows in every cut and color. She’s always furthering her education and staying on top of new techniques, which is exactly why my hair always turns out perfect. I trust her completely! Gerardo may be newer to the team, but you would never know it. He fits in seamlessly—hardworking, eager to learn, and incredibly talented. He asks thoughtful questions to continually improve and has already done hair for multiple members of my family. Every time, the results have been excellent!
