I came in yesterday to get my toes done for my baby shower. I initially told the tech I wanted the basic pedicure. She offered gel polish to which at first I did say no. I eventually told the tech I did want gel. We finished the service and I even tipped 30%. I woke up this morning and my nails were stuck to my blanket. I went in to have them fix it and one of the guys working there talked to the lady and they stated I never asked for gel. I told him on her little receipt she handed me she did write gel polish. He said no she didn't. I told him she infact did I could even tell him the time I came in. They said I asked for basic pedicure which doesn't include the gel. And I said that it was fine, I would have paid more. I did not remember the price of the pedicure chart after looking at it

I've been here twice now and wanted to review this fantastic nail shop. Ms. Serrena did my very first pedicure and it was amazing. I will be going regularly. We went with my granddaughter and she requested I get pink nails, so I did. Ms. Vicky did my manicure and she too was fantastic. The sparkles on my pinkies are again a granddaughter request. The staff is friendly, fun and made us feel comfortable.

Went to take my daughter for her graduation nails. Welcomed right in, no appointment. My daughter was left for an hour 1/2 unattended while I shopped around. Before I left I asked for the price. With the set and charms the nail tech told me 80$. No problem. Came back when the tech told me she would be done. Came back and was checking my daughters nails the one issue was her index finger fill was thin. I showed the guy at the front desk then he brought the nail tech. She was polite at 1st but when I had to keep telling her the one finger is not filled like the rest. She kept telling me that's the natural look. It's not natural if it does not match the rest. Then frustrated I told her I'll just pay but if it pops off I'll be back. She gave me the dirtiest look and walked away began tell the

Came in asked for a gel builder removal and manicure. The gel builder was removed but the nail tech hurt my nails more than once then unevenly clipped and filed my nails. I left with uneven nails and they were left sharp. This will be my first and last time coming here

I went in asking for a gel manicure and waited about 10 minutes to get started which is fine. But as soon as I sat down the woman doing my nails said absolutely nothing to me. She just took my hand and started filing. She started shaping my nails and after finishing a hand she asked what shape I wanted and I told her square and that I wanted to keep the length. She immediately starts filing them down. My pointer and middle fingernails on my left hand are basically gone. She rushed the polish application and I have a bunch of bumps on my nails. Any time she would finish a layer she would just tap my hand and wave her hand in the general direction of the curing lamp. Very rude. It took her all of 15 minutes to do my nails and she spoke maybe five words to me. I feel there should be a leve
