Honestly so disappointed, I came here about couple days ago and I scheduled for extensions with Neely. At first I only wanted them to color match me to a pair of extensions with my already blonde hair. By the way this is my third time coming, Neely at first was sweet but then after I got my extensions, couple days later, I stated experiencing migraines and headaches so I kindly called them to see if I could come in and have a conversation with Neely about it but they were only able to leave a message because she was busy or they stated she could text me back. NEVER GOTTEN A TEXT OR CALL, so I dmed Amber(owner) on instagram she also never dmed me back. The only thing I can do was go to the salon and hope they could take the extensions out. She delivered a seamless color treatment and created the most natural, beautifully blended extensions I’ve ever had. I had already two bad experiences, furthermore I booked with Sydney, she absolutely messed up my hair, I came in, booked an appointment for balayage and extensions. I did tell her I had box dye from a couple years ago, she never test stranded me or anything to try to get the box dye out. She could of told me she couldn't do it and I would have been able to get up and leave but she bleached it anyway. ALL MY HAIR MELTED OFF, like she kept it on for an hour and it melted off and she didnt wash me out quick enough. She took out the foils and kept brushing my bleached hair and everyone in the hair salon was shocked because my hair just melted off and she was still brushing it and pulling out all the melted hair off the brush and left my hair red and orange everywhere. This is a CLASS ACT! The owner is a master of her trade and has trained several stylists in her shop, including, my stylist Brandi B. Cut, color(Goldwell), extensions, spray on tans and the best eyelashes that look natural. I've been going there 15 years.
