Harwich Nails

I recently got a manicure and pedicure done at this place, and I was shocked by the poor customer service. The young man who did my manicure did a good job, but my pedicure started to fade less than an hour after it was done. On top of that, I felt extremely uncomfortable because the staff kept looking at me like they had never seen a Black person before. I’m very disappointed and feel like I wasted $98 for nothing.

I am on vacation and needed a manicure and pedicure, I found this salon on google and decided to try it out. I am so glad I did! I called ahead to see if they could get me in last minute and they fit me in very quickly. I would assume the weekends are busier, I went on a weekday so you might want to call ahead/make an appointment for Friday-Sundays. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The salon is also very clean and nice. I always get French tips and was unsure of how it would go since it’s not my usual nail tech from back home but they did an absolutely fabulous job!! You can tell they care about their customers and the work they do. 10/10 recommend! Thank you to the staff at Harwich nails! I will definitely be back, and I’ll bring my friends and family too!

Young guy who did my gel builder manicure was fantastic. Older guy who did my gel predicate did an awful botch job. $55 for a pedicure I am soaking off because it’s so bad. I had to ask him to remove dirt after he was “done” and realized he left so much gel crusted to the sides of my toes and cuticles. The gel was not fully cured, and after putting shoes on it all got smudged. Don’t recommend pedicures here at all.

The staff was very nice in the facilities were fine. They just unfortunately didn’t do a nice, clean, and precise job on my manicure. The pedicure they did was fine. There’s paint left all over my hands and it looks very messy.

Been coming here for couple years. Always does such good job on my nails . Used to go to another place but my nails were always rushed and never done way I ask. Tyler does great job.
