Harpo's Hair Salon

My hair looked great right after my appointment, but there was a quiet “whoops” at some point during the cut, and I found out after a wash and some styling what that “whoops” was about. My hair was cut too short in one area, and it was the only part of my hair that didn’t need to be cut during my next haircut (at a different salon) several months later. However, I should add that for men, this is a great place to get a haircut. The staff here are friendly and accommodating, and they do a great job with my fiancé’s haircuts. But for me personally, I’m not sure if I’ll go back.

I went in for a deep conditioning treatment and a trim. The treatment was great but the haircut was awful. I really just wanted to trim the dead ends and 1). she cut way too much, and 2). she added a bunch of layers to my hair that I didn't ask for and it just wasn't well done at all. I am extremely particular about my hair and unfortunately this just wasn't a good experience. I'm giving it 3 stars because the staff/stylist was super friendly and they offer snacks and beverages while you wait, otherwise it would be 1 star.

Hands down the best place to get any type of hair salon service in the greater King of Prussia area. The staff is 1000% attentive to the customers, down to earth, and friendly. The work done here by the highly talented staff is of the best quality I have come across anywhere in Southeastern PA. Additionally, they are very well priced considering the top quality product they consistently deliver. I have been going here for 6 years and the people and service here is so good that I would go as far as saying I would turn down relocating for a job so that I could continue to patronize and support this wonderful local establishment. I look forward to every time I get to go visit Rich and the Harpo's team. 10/10 - I would recommend this salon to anyone looking to find the perfect place to get

I've been getting my hair cut here for years. As someone with traumatic issues at salons/barbers with getting my neck and ears cut it's hard to find a place I can trust. This place I can trust and have been going here for about 4-5 years now. Cannot wait to schedule my appointment to get my next hair cut. Ask for Rich. He's the best!

Very friendly place and excellent customer service. I did a walk in and they took me back right away. I also had my six month old daughter with me. The stylist were very patient. The end result was I got to be pampered and the baby was entertained.
