At first they did a good job. However Harmony begin to do less than quality work and charge different fees for the same style. She also builds in her tip in her fees 20 or more dollars over.

Where do I begin I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy first of all I came in as a walk in they said they would take me they made me comb my own hair then washed my hair in the bathroom sink with a cup of water and had the nerve to charge extra for a wash the bathroom smelt horrible the whole time they were braiding my hair they had an attitude they told me it would take 4 hours and it took 8 for them to finish my hair she kept telling me different prices and had the nerve to try to add on another 50 dollars and couldn’t explain what for. The lady kept snatching my head around very aggressive she made me scoot down in the chair with my but hanging off for hours all because she didn’t want to stand up I explained to her that I’m pregnant and that is very painful on my body and

Harmony is great but her workers are terrible . They tried to put braids in the back in back of my head and I was getting Senegalese twist … later the worker get mad and cut out my braids and I brought the hair like WTH. ANYWAYS LET THEM A BRAID PR TWO FIRST BEFORE YPU CONSIDER THEM BUT IF ITS HARMONY YOU HAVE NO WORRIES.

Excellent Customer Service. I got my hair done for a good price and they know how to take care of their customer. I took my aunty over there to get her hair done and they changed her hairstyle. I recommend bringing your friends or family to here!

I called about crochets and she was like yes we do. I was looking forward to getting my hair done. I can not take away from the braiding however their crochets needs a lot of help. I left out of that shop almost in tears because of how my hair turned out. I have worn crochet for years and had a bad experience until now. I have never had glue put on the braids before and had the hair cut so uneven.
