The customer service was good, but the pricing felt extremely high for the services provided. I was charged $90 for a basic blowout even though my extensions are only slightly past shoulder length, and it was just a blowout—no trim, flat iron, or special products included. I was also charged $60 for a very short French nail set, plus tax. Because the final price was already so high, I unfortunately did not leave a tip. The cost also felt hard to justify considering the location and accessibility. Parking was very difficult to find and there was no convenient parking available, which usually factors into pricing expectations. I paid 65$ for a new set i asked for crystal with gel color its gunna be 7 days today and crystal isnt supposed to be thick and hard or stain easily hence why I tipped good and asked for crystal I called to complain today and was told they would fix it ! Depending on how that plays out will determine whether it goes from 1 star to 5. I never ever want to leave a bad review but i also expect wat I'm payin for to be wat I receive. I been goin to my same nail salon for 13 years but wanted to give thid place a shot because they opened up this year! I hope i get wat I paid for today 🙏
