Hard Rock Cafe

This is by far one of my favorite Hard Rock Cafe locations I've visited. The outdoor seating area is perfect, with options for every preference. I loved the views, trains moving back and forth, planes taking off, and the space to relax and enjoy a good meal. Our waitress was Sarah, I believe. I don't remember her name clearly, but she was very attentive to my little ones and to us. If I'm in Tampa again one day we will definitely be back.

The praise goes to Kylene (hostess) Alejandro (server) and Woody (bar). If you’re lucky enough to get this trio, you’ve won the dining lottery experience. When your flight’s been cancelled, and things look very bleak, this is a team that will uplift you. I would have taken more pictures, but the food looked so good, I ate it all too quickly. It didn’t just “look” good…it was wonderful. Thank you all!

Hard Rock Cafe was a lot of fun. Nice place to kill time while you're waiting have a few drinks or have a nice meal. It's always nice to find a place to sit down at the airport and relax for a few minutes. 🔥 Staff was polite and efficient.

This is some pretty decent dining at the Tampa Airport. But when it’s compared to locations outside the airport, it’s pretty lackluster. The best thing about the place is the decor. It has lots of artifacts, its modern, and has a good bar and even a gift shop. Not a lot of thought was put into the food, despite the fact that people are rushing for a flight and need to be quick. And even though not a lot of thought was put into it, it took an eternity for our food to come out and get our check. We even had to ask. The food itself is just okay. I can tell that the chicken was microwaved, but it tasted pretty decent. Overall, I don’t like it. Please do better.

The hostess were friendly and prompt to seating us Me and my group before waited 15 minutes before our waitress introduced herself and asked us if we wanted drinks. The restaurant was halfway empty so we were expecting her to come to us a little bit sooner. The bartender came over and introduced himself and made sure our drinks were absolutely as expected or more, and the drinks were phenomenal We waited about 40 minutes for our food .. Everything was hot and fresh great size portions. I had the chicken tenders with fries . Although at advertise, they are seasoned. They did not come seasoned when I did tell the waitress she corrected it and brought out a new basket immediately. Our waitress was friendly.
