9/12/25 (Update to my initial review from yesterday). The owners saw my feedback called me yesterday to come back in to fix the issues. I went in today Alex took his time redoing the entire manicure. Perfectly done this time - I got exactly what I wanted! I am pleased with the damage control here and swift response. I uploaded new picture from today's visit! Ut is the 3rd picture and ask you can see, noticeable difference!!!!! 9/11/25 5 stars for the lady who did my pedicure. But definitely ZERO stars for the lady who did my manicure/refill gel. She was rushing and very rough- had to tell her multiple times to be gentle in the way she handled my hands. I’ve been coming to Paradise Nails for my builder gel manicures for several years now and I always leave satisfied. Most times I come in with an inspiration picture for what I want and it almost always comes out looking EXACTLY like it! All the nail techs at Paradise are extremely detail-oriented and friendly. This is a family-owned business that I am proud to support and recommend to everyone I know.

I’ve been going to Ruby for almost four years and i absolutely love her work and professionalism. I see Nina for my pedicures, she’s the best. She takes her time and my nails always look so pretty.

Went in for a simple refill on a Wednesday by the next day my gel polish was bubbly and chipping. I went back for repairs that Friday my nails were fixed (rushed) the next day which was Saturday I had the same problem I went to get fixed. Beautiful place but does horrible work I wouldn’t recommend or will I be returning.

I arrived at this salon and the appearance and cleanliness (or lack there of) in the place should have let me know this wasn’t my cup of tea. I requested a full set. I showed the male tech what i wanted and he quoted me $80.00. I accepted and was seated. He started by putting the tips on and the he started to put white gel on my nails. I asked him why he was using white because the photo was a pale color not quite white then the designs were white and silver. He went to get another person who stated that he couldn’t do it exactly like the photo. I asked can he just use those colors and she said if you want those colors it will be $ 110.00 I said that isn’t what I was quoted before he started and he told me he couldn’t do this exactly.
