I've been coming here for years, and I've had only good experiences. All the nail techs are nice and professional. I've had work done by all of them and never had any complaints. If I've had any specific requests, they are always happy to do them. They offer facials and waxing as well. In fact, they are the only place that consistently shape my eyebrows the way I like! When I've had to cancel or reschedule appointments, they have always been extremely nice and understanding! I would definitely recommend this place!

I have been getting my toes pedicured and an occasional nail manicure with my family for 3 years at this West Palmdale nail place whenever I need to treat myself... A clean nail salon is a must for me!!! They are very nice, they usually have a lot of people working, and they are very attentive to the needs of a happy customer. If you need something specific, all you need to do is ask... I come here because I like the people that work at this nail place (Because there is like 50 nail salons on every corner), the classical music, tv, and if I need privacy for my eyebrows when I need them waxed, they have 2 private rooms. $40 is the average price range for toes or nails without designs. $10 eyebrow wax!! Nails look soooo bad. They are shaped oddly, (I asked her to reshape twice due to the nails being crooked) and they still look horrible. I can't believe I paid 55 dollars for this. Horrible. Happy nails in Quartz hills is much better.

The person who did my manicure was great and took the time to soak my old gel polish off and went above and beyond with the massage and her customer service. The person who did my feet did it the lazy way and used the machine and took too much off so it took part of my nail. Then he went too high with it and cut my toe. He was about to leave some of the old gel polish on when he was going to apply the new one. I told his coworker who talked to him to have him take the rest off. He had an attitude the whole time and did a horrible job. They didnt have the polish my sister or I had for our first choice either.

I wouldn’t be surprised if people get hurt, infections, or fungus from this place! Horrible customer service and conflict resolution/de-escalation Took in my little girl for her first mani pedi. I saw the lady doing a pedicure and when she was done, she got the dirty towels and took them to the back room, she came out within the minute with more towels in her hand and put them on her cart.
