Happy Nails & Spa

I recently went for a pedicure for the first time in many months and had a very good experience. My nail tech was Ana K who did a great job with the 15 minute massage and the polish came out great. Would definitely recommend for others looking for a relaxing pedicure!

I have been going to Happy Nails for years!! Until tonight when the nail tech insulted me and said something about my weight.. unbelievably rude!! time to find a new nail salon, unfortunately I will miss Fang who is amazing and who has kept me coming back..

Went to get gel nail polished removed , she used a nail file to remove it (which is fine) but I told her that my nail beds hurt because my nails are damaged and nails are thin and broken (not her fault) the first time she filed too much down to the nail bed it burned and I flinched she looked at me and I said I’m sorry it’s just really sore she looked at me confused and continued. The second time I flinched because again it hurt when she was filing down the polish off and she looked confused and I again said it hurt , the third time her colleagues said something and she started using the metal nail pusher which I appreciated , today my nails especially one of them is so filed down on the nail bed that even water hurts when it touches and you can see the nail bed has turned purple and is ve

I have been going to happy nails for about 5 months now…. I will only come here. The talent, detail, and precision that goes into my nails is why I will only come here. Today Arita did my nails and I am totally amazed by her work. She did a beautiful job. Everyone here is so talented. Recommend 10/10. Atmosphere is so relaxing.

This is the best place in Ludlow! Amazing service every time. Everyone is friendly and my nails always come out exactly as I wanted them. My last manicure was $38 which included removing the old gel. No complaints!!!
