Happy Nails & Spa

I have been coming with my husband for several years now for pedicures. We appreciate the cleanliness of the place and how polite the staff is. Do not be discouraged for other reviews, read between lines. Some people are insufrable!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had that I had to leave out of embarrassment. I tried to be very understanding with the nail tech during a pedicure because the color wouldn’t budge while she was applying it. She tried and tried again and I wasn’t happy with how the color was applied. She then proceeded to treat me disrespectfully because she was frustrated, yanking my sandal off, splashing some of the polish on my foot that she had just re-applied, stained my sandal, and aggressively trying to do redo everything and that was my last straw. Never going back here again. P.S. Never be ashamed to speak up when you’re not happy with something but also don’t tolerate abuse.

Mr. Johnny was the nail tech that did my daughters nails. He did a great job on forming the set of 💅 nails. The price was good, for a full set. He did a good job on the polish, until he got to her last nail, which was her thumb, he made a mistake ! He tryed to fix it. The nail polish got thicker and thicker!!! Well the skin around her thumb it was red. Before we even got home, the nail polish lifted! I had her call him and he told her to come back the next day and he would fix it. He should have fixed it before we even left the shop. He knew what needed to be done. That is why he got 4 🌟 stars. The shop was beautiful and kept very clean. Everybody was nice and helpful. They took us immediately too.

Got nails done on the 18th. By Friday the 20th nail polish (Gel) was chipping. Went in today the 23rd to see if they could fix, not to mention one of my nails is about to pop off. She said "we only allow 3 day for someone to return for repairs." Then said it will be $40 to polish 2 chip nails and repair one. Yes they was nice and professional, but never again!!!😡

Been coming here for about 2 years.. The staff is very friendly.. Color selection is great. Price is a little on the high side..
