Disappointing experience Last week I went in for an ombré dip powder manicure. The technician suggested doing the base with dip powder and finishing with gel. Even though I’ve had ombré dip powder many times before, I agreed. The result didn’t look like an ombré, so it was redone as a gel French over a dip base. I was still charged for a dip refill and only received a $5 discount after mentioning my concern. The next day my thumbnail chipped. It was fixed, yesterday the same nail and another finger chipped again, and the rest are wearing at the tips. I work an office job, so this was disappointing. Overall, the quality didn’t meet my expectations. I just wish they had let me know upfront if this service wasn’t possible. I was there more than 2 hours….

5 stars all the way! Such amazing service today from Diana. We just started joking around and then she gave me some cool designs on the feet. I’ve never had my nails painted but we got dodgers blue for the World Series coming up and she put a cool little baseball design. I’m shy so no feet pics but I’ll definitely be coming back haha…

I had a terrible experience today and feel like I wasted $80 (including tip). I left feeling wronged and incredibly disappointed. As a male, I felt like my nail tech assumed I didn’t expect a high-quality service. She cut my nails unevenly, left my cuticles poorly trimmed, jagged, and even bloody. I initially left quickly because I felt out of place and uncomfortable - note, she was also on the phone during my session which is very unprofessional, but after realizing how bad the results were, I came back hoping for a solution. Instead, I was met with gaslighting. She implied the issue was my fault, upsold me on a polish that didn’t suit me and felt overly feminine for my taste, and then charged me more—despite the fact that my nails were already poorly handled. My nails came out AMAZING!! Don’t sleep on Tony at this location. I went in not really knowing what I wanted other than that to fix my nails. He is a top tier nail artist. Will definitely sharing my experience with friends and family and coming back.
