Happy Nails & Spa 2

I have been going to this salon for years now and the service has been fine. I went last weekend and did not have an enjoyable experience. I was not informed of the name of the man who did my nails but it was first time I had seen him in the shop. While treating and filing my cuticles I started to bleed and he put a towel over the cut but it wouldn’t stop. After a while he tried to use NAIL GLUE to close the wound. I was shocked by this and told him that if my finger continued to bleed than I don’t want him to add paint on it. He refused and continued to paint my nail while it was bleeding. He still charged me the full amount and said nothing about the incident. I was disappointed by this experience and I do not plan on returning.

Loved how my nails turned out. This place is always busy but for a good reason because they do nails well. I got acrylic manicure almond shaped done and referenced a picture I found on Pinterest and they helped mimic the same simple color. My new go-to place!

The place is nice and appears to be clean. The ladies are always rushing here with the nails and it's annoying because Iam paying for a service and expect my nails to look nice after a service is complete. The men however, is what made me give this location a 3 star, the young gentleman does an amazing job with acrylic nails and I will only do my nails with him, if he is available if not then I go elsewhere. Hope this review helps!

I enjoy the nail services, just remember if they ask you if you want a service it most likely costs extra. Pay attention to what is on the packages and you will be okay. Also understand that the management pushes the technicians to do high amounts of up grades or they will lose their job. I would not go here for waxing, I have tried several times. anything beyond facial waxing is always done quickly and poorly. They always miss what seems like 20% of the hairs, and you end up leaving without a full wax. Try somewhere else.
