Happy Nails

Awful!!!! Owner stated that I should have told him during the service that BOTH of his nail techs cut my fingers while filing. I also chose a SIMPLE line design that NEITHER nail tech could do! They tried and it was not even close to picture. Tina filed off the design as it screamed “ 70’s” design but left paint chips on nail then painted over the clumps. When I told the owner I needed a discount not only because both nails were bleeding but also because his techs couldn’t deliver the SIMPLE LINE DESIGN ; he then became nasty and said I should have told him when it happened. This man was seated less than 3 feet from me getting nails done and was literally listening to the commotion happening. He NEVER came over to even check on the service. The staff was very friendly and did a great job! I took my 10 y/o and my sister to get nails done. My kiddo got her nails done and a Pedi. We love their work and the attention they gave us. My child was traumatized by Perfect 10 in Smithfield, but this place was very kind and compassionate towards her! They were patient and took their time to make us happy! THANK YOU!

This is such an amazing place to receive your pedicure! The service is impeccable. We always make a private appointment on Sundays, they really take their time to service you. They are pleasant, professional, and clean. I highly recommend them!

Hate to be a Karen but this is the worst set of nails I have ever had done. Uneven and they look grown out. I normally go to Kenly nails 10x better. Not to mention as I’m sitting there and there Is a DEAD BUG by my hand. Unsanitary, unsatisfied and overall disgusted. I would NEVER recommend anyone go there.. Update* I went back and they redid them, love them. But won’t be going back because of the bad experience

Nope. Wont go back. While this place has two walls of nail colors and a pedicure nook that looks full of zen and ambiance - the vibes are not awesome. They seem to be lacking a certain give-a-poo factor. I received poor service, with what I'm sure are unclean low quality tools (something I didn't realize until after I watched him put the tools back in that blue pouch, fold the flap, and put it back in his drawer), and and when I asked him to fix a defect in the polished - He first blamed in on my nail; then huffed, roughly (with no regard for my nail underneath) just spot filed that part and globbed more color on - leaving it looking cheap and armature'ish.
