I’ve been going to this nail salon for a while now, and I can honestly say Lilly is the most talented nail artist I’ve ever met. She can do any design I ask for — from simple to super detailed — and it always turns out perfect. She truly cares about my opinions and always makes sure I’m happy with every step. I’ve never seen anyone in this area who can do nail art like her. If you want beautiful nails and someone who actually listens, this is the place to go!

Absolutely blessed to be a client at Happy Nails Boutique in Happy Valley, Oregon. Everyone is extremely talented beyond my wildest dreams, making client’s nail art and ideas come to fruition using skills and determination to provide perfection every time. Nail Techs take pride in their work and always insure client is comfortable They never nick, over heat electric drills and take extreme care while working near cuticle. The atmosphere is quite unique. It is refreshing to see the interest techs have in their profession. They watch each other perform each piece of artwork and work together as a team, truly interested in one another’s work. I cannot recommend Lily enough. I recently asked for a camouflage French tip border and even showed her a tutorial. Not only did she take the time to understand exactly what I wanted, she executed it beautifully. She never makes me feel rushed, judged, or embarrassed for being particular. She listens, she perfects, and she genuinely cares about the final look. My nails come out flawless every single time!

Went in today for the first time, terrible experience. I showed them what i wanted and ended up having 3 different people work on my nails switching back and fourth, one left to go get starbucks in the middle. The art on my nails were nothing like what i asked for, there was nail polish all over my fingers and acrylic dripping off the bottoms. I went right back in for a refund, they sit me down and take my nails off and then proceed to tell me they won’t be refunding me because there was nothing wrong with them. We were polite but firm in saying that we wanted a refund cus how are we gonna walk out with NO nails at all and still out $130? So then LILY starts yelling at us saying we’re scammers trying to scam for money and i’m like girl no you took the nails off already whatchu mean??? You

Lilly and her team are incredibly talented, so thoughtful, creative and thorough. I’ve been a long time client of Lilly’s for over 3 years and every nail art is better than the last. She’s constantly learning new techniques and teaching to her team. If I can’t make a tune they’re always so flexible. The boutique itself is so clean and welcoming, always great convo if you want it or you can zone out and watch TV. Nobody else does nails or Gel X like the people at Happy Nails!
