I usually do not leave negative reviews but I’m very unhappy with my experience at this nail shop. Came in to get a gel pedicure and will not be coming back. The job done on my nails was poor and it was clear that the owners were talking about the condition of my previous pedicure in their native language. I believe customers would really appreciate a judge free salon when they come in for service.

I don’t write reviews, but this experience calls for a review. I recently walked in and requested a gel manicure and pedicure. There wasn’t a wait time, so I thought that I was in luck; wrong. I sat in the chair for my manicure and I specifically asked the gentleman working on my nails to cut them back a little and to keep the original shape. He did not cut them back like I asked, he only filed them, and then began filing them into an oval shape (which I did not ask for, because I personally do not like the look on myself). The manicure was rushed and he did not clean the skin around my nails where he had strewn nail polish in his quick attempt at painting my nails. In less than 24 hours my thumb nail polish chipped! Calm environment and they are always so nice to me when I go to get my nails done. This has been nail spot for a couple of months and I have loved the manicures I’ve gotten so far!! Tiffany always gets me right. 🥰

By best friend and I got mani pedi's and we had the best experience!! It is run by a local couple. Their shop is very well maintained, and very clean. It was both of our first pedicures. They were very gentle with us.

Now I never leave reviews but this time I was let down so bad. They were VERY nice people but the way my nails were lumpy and I had so much residue on my nails left me so unsatisfied. I told the woman about the issue and she only made me pay 30, in which, I don’t think I should’ve paid for anything due to him rushing on my nails. Mind you the shop was damn near empty. She also stated that she didn’t see any lumps. From the pictures, you can clearly see the lumps. He was great to talk to though, but I probably will never come here again. Highlyyyy disappointed with the work.
