Happy Nail Salon

Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional experience my family has ever had at a nail salon. Last night, my grandmother, my mother, and I came in to Happy Nail Salon. My grandmother received a pedicure and manicure. Around 6:50pm, she was seated to let her simple nail polish manicure dry. We repeatedly told the manager that her nails were not dry yet, but he insisted the service was complete and rushed us to leave. He ignored us and spoke in a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful tone, despite not having serviced us at all. The manager told my elderly grandmother, “Give me your hand,” and after lightly touching only one of her hands, he said, “You’re done. I have not had any problems thus far. Its' basic nail salon. I only get pedicures here. I see that many people prefer the male to do the nail services. So get here early to beat the heat! They open at 9 although maps say 10. I got here a lil before 10(thinking I'm early😂) but people were already inside🙄

My nail experience was HORRIBLE. Johnny cut 3 of my cuticles around my nails, causing ALL 3 cuticles to bleed. He gets mad if you say you don’t like something on your nail; which is absurd because if I’m paying I can critic my nails. He also lied saying he knew how to do a specific tip when I showed him the picture and my nails were nothing like what I showed him. His attitude is ridiculous. Do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! 0 out of 10!!!!

I came in for a fill in pedicure and a short full set both with gel polish SOLID COLOR and the total came up to 135 which is confusing, not to mention I waited 2 hours just to be seated and my square nails are oval, also the man was awfully rough doing my hands.

The "Best" Spar Pedicure I have ever had! The young man Johnny was wonderful took his time and made me feel like Queen For A Day. I then had Gel Nails Pink & White..... again the young man took his time and three weeks later they still look Great. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would give this shop a 10 +
