Happy Nail

Horrible they charged me 35$ for unfinished nails. And on top of that I was waiting 3 hours for unfinished nails. They only have two people working. And when I asked for a refund they refused. They was so confrontational that I had to involve the Police. The worst nail salon I ever been to in my 28 years of living!!! They need to be put out of service!!!!

I got a gel set pedicure and my first impression was decent. The place is old and outdated/packed with items but its peaceful to me. The guy is pleasant The female does great eyebrows I didnt wait no more than 15 minutes

Sat here for over a hour waiting on them and the service was complete trash. Then when I get ready to pay he adds his own tip to the service without asking, that is just completely unacceptable. When in fact I was going to tip more than he just took out on his own anyways just to be kind. Will never come back to this place I definitely prefer modern nails over this place.

I have always gone here for nail and pedi and have always had what I would consider an excellent customer. I never minded them working on someone's eyebrows ahead of me or stopping my service to do someone else's eyebrows, since it only takes a few minutes. However, today what they decided to do has resulted in them losing my service. While I was washing my hands before the guy was going to apply polish, they decided to move my seat and stuff so that two young girls could sit together. I'm not even going to make it about them being of a different race. They could have simply asked before just deciding to move my seat and stuff without my consent as if I would not notice. Such a poor judgment and decision without even considering my feelings as a customer. How could I sit and be ok with tha

If i could rate 0 stars I would! My uncle treated me to a pedi and the service was horrible. He was explaining what he wants and they continuously told him no. So when the service was over he wasn’t satisfied he explained he goes to a specific salon all the time and they do exactly what he request. He wasn’t mean or belligerent he was really just explaining his usual experience. The man who needs a toupee said to my uncle “You go back to Hollywood (his usual salon) next time you come here we won’t do for you” . They’re extremely unprofessional and rude. They don’t need to be in business.
