Absolutely ridiculous. The owner is always rushing and does a terrible job. God forbid you express your dissatisfaction - she gets really nasty and loud and starts talking crazy smack in her language to all of her employees and then wants to charge you outlandish prices. I soaked off my set to get a brand new set for new years as today is New Year’s Eve these nails are so horrible. I am pissed off beyond recognition. All ten of these nails are different shapes when I asked for skinny coffin. The only thing coffin about these nails is where they need to be going. I am PISSED. Nobody wants to pay for a service then be treated like the problem when they specify what they are asking for. They make you hella uncomfortable to speak up for yourself because nobody wants to draw attention like tha

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I only recommend Natoya, the beautiful Jamaican woman in the back, for gel pedicures and manicures! She’s incredibly detailed and takes her time — no matter how tough your feet are, you’ll walk out feeling like your feet have truly been done ✅. I have an ingrown toenail, and she always takes care of it perfectly. If you want your nails done right, I highly recommend waiting for her or making an appointment. You won’t be disappointed 💯

I had a great experience. Sunny did an amazing job on my nails he took his time and did my nails exactly like the picture I showed him. My pedicure was ok they use new tools and are very clean so I love that. I will be returning and recommending their services to friends and family. I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in this area and nothing beats this experience so it’s worth the money!

There was immediate availability however service was disappointing. Went for a filling, nails weren't filled properly and he often burn while filing with both board and machine. All nails weren't painted similarly and he filed one thumb to a somewhat coffin shape while I usually have straight box. My nails were only given one coat. I showed him a picture and he said ok yet all nails looked as if different person did each independently.

I went in for a regular manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. The nail tech forgot to cut the toenails on one foot and rushed through the polish application. The nail polish was thin and watery, and he didn’t let each coat dry before adding another. The final result was streaky and uneven—honestly, it looked like a child had done it. I paid $30 and left feeling frustrated. I should have spoken up or walked out. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this salon based on my experience.
