Happy Beauty Nails

Absolutely ruined my nails. The guy who did my nails was not careful at all, he practically sawed into me with the nail file to the point where I have a cut on almost every nail. both of my thumbs have deep cuts on each side. The pain is awful, it burns really bad when I try to pick something up. When I asked him to be more patient he brushed it off and said it was just his nail stabbing into mine when me pushed the acrylic on the sides. It's clearly not just his thumb nail, it's the way he filed all my nails. The manager also tried to blame me for the cuts saying it's due to the shape of my nail, I've never had an issue anywhere else I've gone. We were at the nail salon Friday. Horrible service from Paul he was rude and holding my daughter’s hand rudely. He was telling her to relax her hand. She had manicure for many years. This is the first time someone tells her to relax. We told the manager and she blamed at my daughter telling she should relax her hand. We want to enjoy and relax the best. I expect a good service. Will not visit again. Also. Her nails pain peeled the first day. He just painted one time, we know about manicure. Train your people right.

I've gotten my nails done here multiple times and I loved them every single time. Only thing is the guy that did them for me this time was very good, but he took forever and he cut me really bad. I feel like I was hella overcharged but they were cute so I didn't complain when I paid. Now that my finger still hurts, it's the 3d day, I'm more upset at the customer service & price.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! I have been coming to this salon for awhile and the service has consistently declined. So today my appointment time was 11am I show up service doesn't start until 1130, then about 1pm service still was incomplete. The lady at the front desk walks pass and starts pointing and talking about the polish I look closely the polish was wrinkled, but clear polish was being applied so once I looked at it she said she'll fix it. I ask how long will it take because I have to leave for another appt she says few minutes by 1:20 I said I cant wait anymore for her to try to fix it I'll come back after my appt. I go to pay and my total is $146 for a gel mani and pedi with chrome!!!!!! Needless to say this will be my last time here! Save yourself the trouble pick a diff

I came to get my nails done for the first time and I was pretty nervous because I heard many horror stories prior to this. However, I was recommended by a friend to come here and I was blown away by how amazing my experience was. Paul did my nails and he was very efficient, gentle, and precise with his work. I was done in about forty minutes and paid $45 for this set. The salon is super clean, spacious, and bright and another plus is that walk-ins are welcome. Overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend coming here!
