First time visiting and I believe I met with the owner. She was absolutely amazing! Attentive and resourceful. I came looking for a particular product and she stated she will do everything she can to get it in! How amazing is that customer service? Hi I came here for human micro braid hair not mixed for 40.00 a bag .... I was planning my final hair do before I pass which was micro locs with human hair extensions at the ends , I was told that the hair was 100 % human ...I called the store talked to the owner ( after doing my research on the hair) mind you I've been braiding hair for over 20years. human hair never tangles the way this hair was tangling)i told her that the hair wasn't human ( look it up yourself ladies it's called( femi collection the M tm bulk hair ) ..she stated she could not exchange for the stores mistake ..as they thought the hair was human but the can give me a discount of 20% next time I come in ... If I wanted fake hair I could have paid $30 or less for 2 packs a braiding hair mastermix 🙄 I'm not returning be
