Subject: Feedback on May 24, 2024 Appointment Dear Salon Manager/Owner, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my experience from our recent appointment on Friday, May 24, 2024, at 5:00 pm. While the ambiance and initial reception were welcoming, I must express my disappointment with the service we received. Despite repeated requests, the technician did not fulfill our simple request for gel polish for my daughter's nails. The application of regular polish was uneven, even when we provided stickers, which were applied incorrectly. Though the technician lacked skill and professionalism, I appreciate the effort made by the individual who corrected my daughter's nails. I came in to have gel Polish I had done elsewhere removed & redone. Trish was not only able to fix my acrylic nails, but was able to achieve the nail art that no one’s else was able to do for me. Everyone in the salon was kind & helpful! The space is beautiful & clean. Would definitely come back!
