Happily Nails

This review reflects my personal experience at Happily Nails on February 9 at 10:00 AM with technician Sophia. During the nail removal process, a sharp artificial nail tip was used instead of proper removal tools, which resulted in my cuticle being accidentally cut and bleeding. I immediately communicated that I was in pain; however, the procedure continued without stopping, assessment of the injury, or apology. Due to discomfort and safety concerns, I chose to discontinue the service. The technician appeared irritated, and when I reported the incident to the front desk staff before leaving, no acknowledgment, apology, or incident follow-up was provided. I absolutely love this place!! Sophia is my girl!! She does an amazing job, and they are so friendly here!! Sophia and I have become great friends!! Only and I mean only issue I have is I can never get morning appointments. I come all the way from Sodus, so afternoon appointments don't really work for me!! And I really don't want to, better yet refuse to go anywhere else! But it's getting harder and harder to get morning appointments!!!

Got these fall nails done by Sophia! From helping me pick the colors to making sure I was happy with the length, shape and overall look of them! I was so excited with how they came out!! Thank you Happily Nails!! I would HIGHLY recommend this family-run nail shop!

By far one of the worst nails I have ever had. The place looked great and everyone was very nice and friendly. I showed them pictures of what I wanted done and she seemed very confident. By the end of it I could tell she was just trying to get me out the door and completely rushed the whole thing. I had glue all over my nails, and when I tried to remove them it ripped almost my whole nail right off, to the point of bleeding! Would not recommend to anyone.

I’ve been going to Happily Nails for the last few years. I’ve yet to have a bad experience! This weekend I had gone, picked out a color.. keeping in simple like I typically do…Sophia got me out of my comfort zone and did this AMAZING Christmas design. She is absolutely amazing, know what’s she is talking about when it comes to nails, and is so helpful!
