Handsome New Hope

Moved to New Hope this past year and needed to find a great local barber. So happy to have come across Antony at Handsome New Hope. He's been cutting my hair for several months, and it's been an awesome cut every time. Thank you, Antony!

Worst ownership customer service and horrible stylists. Have tried a few of them for both myself and my son and so disappointed. Brought my son home from his cut and his uncle said “you have to start taking him to a barber, this is bad” and I said “I just did!!” Spend your money elsewhere and get a good cut with an owner who deserves your business. Steve is the worst!

I stopped into this shop years back when it was in downtown of New Hope and it was a happening place. One barber I spoke with was kind and I recall mentioning that I would be back another day for a haircut. I never got around to it until yesterday. The location was hard to find and I had to call to learn where it was in the plaza. When I arrived inside on a Thursday afternoon the place was large, fairy clean, but quiet besides one barber cutting one guy’s hair. He was a kind and gentle hearted barber, but not confident and experienced with cutting hair. I’m glad I didn’t ask for my usual fade and instead asked for a trim. When I moved to Bucks County from New York, I had a hard time finding a barber who was truly skilled. I can’t tell you how happy I was when I found Steven. Best barber in Bucks County in my opinion. Bonus points for being gay friendly - I love that I can talk about my husband and my life with my barber. I mean, isn’t that what going to the barbershop is for???

Our under 2yr old had his first haircut today and it was a great success! Steven knew exactly how to work with a young child and make it go smoothly. His haircut looks great, I’m very happy to have a reliable place for his haircuts going forward
