Unprofessional . I witnessed Trisha rip off my brother on his anniversary after she neglected to read notes in the appointment he made. He made the appointment one week in advance of his anniversary for a in home massage for his nursing wife . The day of she told him she can't do it because she did not read the note and refuses to refund his money ...completely unprofessional, she hung up on him and on him she cannot handle criticism at all.
