I have multiple autoimmune issues and my muscles and nerves take the brunt of it. Hope with Hands in Motion has been a God send in helping to unlock those muscles and calm the nerves in my legs and feet. I highly recommend her expertise in massage. Friends… I treated myself to an hour an a half massage this afternoon at FlakeHaven with Hope from Hands in Motion and let me tell you… if it would have been appropriate to have flat out cheered during parts of it, I would have. 🤣 We started with a thorough consultation, addressed any physical issues, discussed what intensity level I felt would be best, etc. During the massage, she immediately noted that my upper back and shoulders were super tight and focused on them heavily.
