Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

It was my first time attending this facility. Mike was very attentive on my needs and what I wanted done. He focus on my neck and shoulders that had been bothering me for a while now and I feel more comfortable and relax. I will definitely be back again for his services.

This was the best prenatal massage I have ever had. Cartier treated me like I was getting a true massage and not a light rub. That’s is what I needed! I also appreciated that he asked me if there was anything he could improve on next time. Which would be nothing! PS they have real pregnancy pillow and not regular pillows which also makes a big difference.

I recently had an intro massage and an intro facial (I was a first-timer for both) at Hand & Stone, and both were life-changing!!! Jennifer, my masseuse, made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease, and did a fantastic job. Haley, who did my facial, was also awesome: despite it being an intro service she still took into account my skin type/concerns, and specialized the experience for me. I will definitely be back!

Let’s be clear- Jennifer was amazing and is always 5 stars. H&S telling me that my gift card expired less than two months after the massage (over $100, 12/31/25), offering nothing to meet me halfway or help with a future service, and the front office member reiterating it was expired and staring at me instead of letting me pay when I was irritated is ZERO stars. Will not be purchasing gifts there for friends and family again.

Went there for the first time, Jamie was awesome! Talked me through every step of the facial process. Did not try to add any unnecessary add-ons. I would definitely go back and highly recommend her services.
